Shipping Information

We offer Free Shipping and Delivery on all orders.

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday and are then packed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, our estimated delivery times are:

To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, your order may be sent in more than one package.

Please note that these shipping times are our standard estimated shipping times and shipping delays that are outside of our control may still occur. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use our Track your Order page with your tracking number to track your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your received your shipping confirmation email for your order information to update.

Customs Duties & Taxes

If custom fees are applicable to your order for any reason, these fees will be your responsibility and must be paid by you before the package can be released by customs to you.

All order are processed and shipped within our normal processing times, however we are unable to guarantee shipping times. All shipping times are estimates. Shipping delays are outside of our control and as such we are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to the shipping process. All orders will be shipped to the address as entered by you when the order is placed.

We will confirm your order with an order confirmation email shortly after we’ve received your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received your confirmation emails, please let us know.
