Where do you ship to?
We ship to the US, Canada and the UK! If you're outside of these countries and wish to order one of our baby bags please send us an email at email@example.com.
Exciting, I've placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?
We'd love to get your order to you as soon as we can. We process all orders within 24 hours and then they are packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2 business days. Once shipped, our estimated delivery times are:

|Canada||13 - 20 Days|
|United Kingdom (UK)||15 - 20 Days|
**Please note our delivery partners are currently experiencing delays on all international deliveries due to increased demand and customs clearance times. All orders are processed and shipped within our normal processing times but once your order has left our warehouse it may be subject to freight delays that are outside of our control. Do your bags come with hooks so I can hang it from my stroller or pram?
Yes they do, but it is widely advised by many stroller and pram manufacturers to never hang any bag from the handles of your stroller or pram due to the risk of tipping. We strongly recommend that you check your stroller or pram manufacturers guidelines on hanging items from your stroller or pram before doing so.
Our bags have so many other great features, including the backpack design which means it’s perfect to wear over your shoulder instead of hanging from your stroller or pram.

I'd like to change an item on my order, can I do that?
Once your order has been placed, we have a small window of 24 hours that we are able to make any changes on it for you. Once we have processed your order we are unable to make any changes to it.
If you wish to cancel your order we can do this prior to it being shipped. Unfortunately once it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
If we are unable to change / cancel your order, you can still return it to us once it arrives.
